While wearing it, you gain the following benefits:
1. You can use the tiara as a spellcasting
focus for any spells.
2. You may attempt to cast any cantrip you
do not know, but that you have seen at least once. To succeed you must make a DC 15 Intelligence (Arcana) check. You cannot use this ability again until you finish a long rest.
