This circlet lets you use an action to cause 3 writhing, arcing snakes of electrical energy that resemble dragons to rise from your hair under your mental command once per day for 1 minute. While under this effect your body pulses with electric energy and your hair dances on end. Each arc may attack a target within 120 feet, using your spell attack bonus and dealing 2d6 lightning damage on a hit. You may also infuse any metallic object with 1d6 points of electrical energy as an action while empowered.
