Tibalt, Hungry Cloud

+1: Sacrifice a creature, then draw cards equal to the number of counters put on your Dish from that creature, then discard that many at random.
-2: Choose a type of counters on your Dish and remove any number of them. Tibalt, Hungry Cloud deals damage to any target equal to that amount.
-5: Remove the top ten cards of your library from the game. Add counters to your dish as if any creatures removed this way had died.
