Tibalt, the torturer

When Tibalt, the torturer enters the battlefield you may discard any number of cards from your hand, then draw that many cards.
If there are ten or more cards in your graveyard you may exile Tibalt, the torturer
and return him to the battlefield under his owners control transformed.
