Tibalt, the Vile

+2: Discard a card, then draw a card, or discard two cards and draw three cards then reveal a land from your hand. If you can't, you lose 3 life.
+1: Target player draws two cards, then Tibalt, the Vile deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards in their hand.
-7: Deal 2 damage to target opponent for each card in their hand. You draw cards equal to the amount of damage dealt this way.
