Tibalt's Madness deals 2 damage to target creature or player. You may discard a card when you cast this spell, if you do, Tibalt's Madness deals 3 damage instead.
Search your library and/or graveyard for a card named Tibalt, the Friend-Blooded, reveal it and put it into your hand. If you search your library this way, shuffle it.
