Tibia's Chosen

Whenever another enchantment you control becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, sacrifice Tibia's Chosen.
When you do, counter that spell or ability.

When Tibia's Chosen dies, if it was a creature, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control. It's an enchantment. (It's not a creature.)
