Whenever one or more counters are placed on or removed from Ti'Chu, search your library for a
basic land card, reveal it, and put it in your hand.
When Ti'Chu leaves the battlefield, if it had no
fade counters on it, you may put any number of
lands from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
