Tide of Chaos

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player exiles all creatures he or she controls, then exiles cards until that many creature cards are revealed and puts those cards onto the battlefield. Those creatures gain haste. Shuffle all cards exiled this way into their owner's library.
