Tide of Destiny

Whenever you cast a spell, reveal cards from
the top of your library until you reveal a card
with mana value exactly equal to one plus the
spell's mana value. Exile that card and put the
rest on the bottom in a random order. Then
you may cast that spell without paying its
mana cost.
