Tideforce Leviathan can't be blocked.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, remove all tide counters from Tideforce Leviathan. If no counters were removed this way, put a tide counter on Tideforce Leviathan and it gains defender until end of turn.
The tides ebb and flow naturally until it rises from the deep. Then, they erupt, deluging land, sea and sky alike.
