On your end step you get a note counter for each bard you control, then do one or more of the following for each note you have:
5 or more: Gain 5 life and draw a card
10 or more: Create a 4/4 green beast creature token.
20+: If this is not an extra turn, take an extra turn after this one, then remove all note counters from you.
