At each end step, target opponent may gain
control of target artifact or enchantment under
your control, if they do you may draw a card,
gain a treasure, and 3 life.
Whenever an artifact or enchantment an
opponent controls is destroyed, you may pay 1 life.
If you do return that card to the battlefield under
your control
