Tim, Advanced Politician

When Tim, Advanced Politician enters the
battlefield, each player secretly chooses a
number, then those numbers are revealed. Each
player loses life equal to the number they have
chosen, then you control the player that revealed
the lowest number during their next turn. If one
or more players are tied, you choose a player
from among them.
