Timaeus, Dragon Knight

Timaeus was one of the few members of his race to heed
the call from the gods and thus, became known as a
hero to humanity and a foolish traitor to his own kind.
{3}{r}: Timaeus deals 10 damage to target player
and each creature and planeswalker they control.
{3}{u}: Scry X, where X is the highest converted
mana cost among permanents you control, then
draw three cards.
{3}{w}: Untap target creature. It gets +3/+3 until
end of turn and can block an additional
creature this turn.
