Time Bend

Shuffle all cards in play into thier owner's librarys but one of each players choice that they own. Then each player shuffles 7 cards from thier hand into thier library then chooses 7 cards from thier graveyard and puts them into thier hand. Then, if any player has less than seven cards in thier hand, that player draws cards until they have 7.
