Time Bomb

When Time Bomb enters the battlefield put three
time counters on target land you control.
{t}:Remove a time counter from that land, then destroy a different target land.
Once Time Bomb doesn't have anymore time counters on it, exile Time Bomb and the top half
of target opponent's library. You gain one life for
each land exiled this way.
The cities are under attack! . . . BOOM
