When Time Consuming Upgrades enters the battlefield, tap enchanted creature. Enchanted creature doesn't untap during it's controllers untap step.
At the beginning of each upkeep, put a time counter Time Consuming Upgrades. Then if Time Consuming Upgrades has four or more
time counters on it, sacrifice it.
