Time Cumulating
Place a 1-minute sand timer on the table as soon as the current turn ends. At the end of each subsequent turn, place a time counter on Time Cumulating and flip the timer. When the timer
runs out, Time Cumulating deals damage to the player whose turn it currently is equal to the
number of time counters on it.
At the start of any upkeep, any player may pay 2 life to remove a time counter from Time Cumulating and prevent its ability from triggering this turn.
