time delation

At the beginning of each player’s upkeep, that player flips a coin. If a player wins the coin flip, they search their library for a non-basic land and puts it tapped on to the battlefield. If a player loses the coin flip they do the same with a basic land. At the end of player’s upkeep, Time Delation deals 2 damage to that player and player discards the top card of their library.
