Time Eater

Whenever an opponent casts a spell or plays a land on their turn, put a time counter on Time Eater.
When the twelfth time counter is put on Time Eater, remove all counters from it and end the turn.
Whenever an opponent ends the turn, if it isn't their end step, take an extra turn after this one.
