Time for the Festivities

All players must sacrifice an artifact this during each players upkeep. If every player
was able to sacrifice an artifact skip this
player's combat phase. If a player is unable
to sacrifice an artifact they loose 2 life
this turn and the current player's combat
phase is not skipped.
