Time Loop
You may counter target spell by putting a Ripple counter on Time
Loop. At the start of your
upkeep, for each X Ripple counter on Time Loop choose one that
hasn't been chosen this turn —
• Discard a card, if you can't lose 5 life.
• Lose 4 life.
• Sacrifice a creature with the highest power. If
you can't each opponent puts a card from their graveyard onto the
battlefield.
{bull} Exile Time Loop, lose 10 life.
