Time rift enters the battlefield with
10 rift counters on it
{2}{u}{r}{t} spend one time counter, and
a target opponent must choose- lose
there next turn, or exile one of there cards
and tap all there permanants and lands.
Every turn, you gain 2 life and each
opponent loses 1 life.
