This spell costs 1 less to cast for each instant or sorcery in your graveyard.
Each opponent votes sacrifice or devotion. For
each player who votes sacrifice, choose one
permanent of each card type they control and
exile it. For each player that chooses devotion
you may take an additional turn after this one.
It ultimately is your choice...and yours alone
