Time Slip

Split Second (As long as this spell is on the stack, players can't cast spells or activate abilities that
aren't mana abilities.)
Return target spell to it's owners hand, its
controller can't cast spells with the same name
until their next turn. Its controller adds mana
equal to its casting cost. This mana doesn't empty
as phases and turns end.
