Time Splitter

Haste
You may put Time Splitter into play from your hand during combat. If you do, pay {3}{u}{r} at
the beginning your next upkeep. If you don't,
you lose the game.
{u/r}: Secretly write down a number on a piece
of paper. Time Splitter phases out for that many turns. If Time Splitter were to phase in during
an opponents turn, it does so during the declare blockers step of combat.
