Time Suspension

Card Cost: 90 GP + Full AP
Suspend time for your faction during a faction-
based competition. This effects only your faction.
{c} If time is counting up, deduct 3 minutes off
the time of your faction.
{c} If time is counting down, delay the countdown
by 100% of the original time allotted (example: if
given 45 seconds to complete a task, your faction
will have 1 minute and 30 seconds).
