Time Thief

When Time Thief enters the battlefield gain control of target nonCombat phase an opponent controls ( A phase is a step in your turn, e.g. Upkeep, Draw or PreCombat Main Phase). Your opponents do not get to use the stolen phase and you get to do the stolen
phase an additional time.
