If X is less than 4 draw X cards, then discard a Temporal card or discard two cards
If X is less than 9 and this isn't an extra turn, discard any number of Temporal cards with the same name, and take one less than that many extra turns after this one(maximum 1/4 of X). Don't draw the first 2 cards you would draw during each of those turns
