Time Weaver

When Time Weaver enters the battlefield, you may tap any number
of target permanents. They don't untap during their controller's next untap step.
upkeep-that player puts a time counter on
each tapped permanent they control. Then, if any permanents have three
or more time counters on them, they are sacrificed.
