Timebound Leviathan enters the battlefield tapped
with two time counters on it and doesn't untap
during your next untap step.

At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a
time counter from Timebound Leviathan. When
the last time counter is removed, untap Timebound
Leviathan and it gains trample.
