Timeless Conclave

Whenever you cast a split card, you may cast the
other half without paying its mana cost.
When selecting modes for spells, you may choose
any number of them exactly once. (This applies
whenever a spell tells you to "choose" an option
but not for choosing multiple targets for the
same option)
