Timeless Primordial

When Timeless Primordial enters the battlefield,
if it was cast, remove all counters from all
permanents and players and exile all tokens.
Counters can't be put on permanents or players.
If one or more tokens would be created, instead
no tokens are created.
The gaze of the Timeless unravels change, returning
the world to what was by erasing what is.
