Planeswalkers you control may not have more than one quicken counter on them at a time. At the beginning of your upkeep, put a quicken counter on each Planeswalker you control.
You may activate loyalty abilities of Plansewalkers you control at anytime you could play an instant if they have a quicken counter on them.
Whenever you activate a loyalty ability of a Plansewalker you control, remove all quicken counters from it.
