Time's Creation

You may look at the top card of your library at
any time.
Once per turn, you may exile a card in your
hand or from the top of your library with Time counters equal to its mana value. If it doesn't
have suspend, it gains suspend. Then, draw a
card.
{4}{u}: Time travel X times, where X is the
number of cards in your hand minus 3
