Timetwister

The Timetwister consumes the power of the Spark to cast Time Stop. Once used, it becomes inert and turns to sand.

Destroying the Timetwister. Destroying it can only be done by two Planeswalkers, turning its halves in opposing directions, in the presence
of a Nethir Tear and expend their Spark's Power.
Doing so frees the Planeswaker Spark from within.
