Tin Can

When Tin Can enters exile it with X kick counters on it, then exile target spell with X time counters on it; if it doesn't have suspend it gains suspend. When the last time counter is removed from the exiled spell, its owner gains control of it and may cast it; then, if Tin Can is in exile with one or more kick counters on it, you may cast Tin Can by paying {x}{1} where X is the number of kick counters on Tin Can.
