Tip the scales

When Tip the scales enters the battlefield,
choose two creature types.
Creatures of the first chosen type get +1/+0 for
each other creature on the battlefield that share
that type.
Creatures of the second chosen type get -1/-0 for
each other creature on the battlefield that shares
that type.
