Whenever another creature dies, you may put another creature card into play from your hand or graveyard with converted mana cost X or less where X is the converted mana cost plus 2 of the creature that died.
Whenever a creature dealt combat damage by Tiran, Stalker of the Dead dies, you may put that creature into play under your control tapped.
