Franklin has been facing villains Non-Stop and the Mafia Family known as Vanes and with them being stretched so thin and facing them he’s really worn out and has no way of fighting them with no allies to come and help him and Dick Hollow as the mafia dealt with every Ally he ever had. {flavor} And now he’s poor and has no resources to fight the mafia or the villain within the city as he’s a poor broken hero that will fight and keep fighting to the very end. {flavor}
