Tireless Pursuit

Tireless Pursuit enters the battlefield with 3 fate counters on it.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, you may remove a fate counter
from tireless pursuit. If you do, that creature
gains haste until end of turn.
When the last fate counter is removed from
tireless pursuit, sacrifice it. Return target
creature from your graveyard to your hand.
