You may cast spells as though they have flash
during extra turns.
Untap all permanents you control during each
opponent's untap step if that player is taking an
extra turn.
At the beginning of each player's end step, if that
player is not taking an extra turn and Titan of
Eternity didn't enter the battlefield this turn, that
player takes an extra turn after this one.
