As long as Titan of the Infinite is on the battlefield, you may pay {2}{u} rather than
pay the mana cost for any spell you cast
with a mana value of 6 or less.
When Titan of the Infinite dies, draw a card, then draw a card for each other permanent
you control with a mana value of 6 or less.
