Tithe of Bala Ged

When Tithe of Bala Ged enters the battlefield,
choose a nonland card name and an opponent.
At the beginning of that player's upkeep, that
player reveals their hand. You choose a nonland
card from it. That player may choose to discard
that card. Otherwise, return a card with the
chosen name from your graveyard to your hand
and draw a card. Then exile Tithe of Bala Ged.
