Tithestone

Tithestone enters the battlefield with X charge counters on it.
At the start of your upkeep, remove a charge
counter from Tithestone: target opponent
may choose to sacrifice a creature. If they
don't, you gain 1 Bone Tithe counter.
When Tithestone loses its last charge counter,
return it to your hand.
