To The Front

Before the first turn is taken. Each player starts
with their Commander on the battlefield.
Abilities that would trigger when they enter the battlefield wouldn't trigger unless it is from hand, command zone, or graveyard.
All Commanders are affected by summoning
sickness for 3 turn cycles.
Command tax only comes into affect once the
Command is cast from the Command zone for
the second time this game.
