Toad Infestation comes into play with 2 blue,
2 yellow and 2 red Toad counters.
{t} Toad Infestation, remove a Toad counter. Depending on the Toad counters color it spawns
a blue, yellow or red Toad token acordingly.
When Toad Infestation no longer have any Toad counters, remove it from the game.
