As long as Toad, the Mighty is on the battlefield, chosen opponent cannot attack you or cause you loss of life.
At the beginning of chosen opponent's turn chosen opponent may put a creature, enchantment, or artifact from their hand onto the battlefield and you gain life equal to twice it's casting cost.
