Target opponent reveals their hand. You may
choose a nonland, noncreature card from it and
exile it. You may cast that card as long as it
remains exiled and spend mana as if it was mana
of any color to cast it.
If you don't exile a card this way, choose up to
two cards from that player's hand. That player
puts them on the bottom of their library.
